Our solar system has 8 planets, divided into two groups: rocky planets and gas giants.

Rocky Planets”:

  1. “Mercury”- Closest to the Sun, very hot and cold.
  2. Venus – Thick atmosphere, very hot.
  3. Earth – Only planet with life, diverse climate.
  4. Mars – Red planet, largest volcano and canyon.

Gas Giants and Ice Giants:

  1. Jupiter – Largest planet, massive storms, many moons.
  2. Saturn – Famous rings, mostly hydrogen and helium.
  3. Uranus – Ice giant, tilted axis, cold and hazy atmosphere.
  4. Neptune – Farthest planet, icy storms, fastest winds.

Each planet is unique, with its own moons, rings, and atmospheres. There’s also a region called the Kuiper Belt, home
